A few facts about the Founder:

My life passion is helping to empower, encourage, and elevate others through meaningful learning experiences. This passion has remained constant throughout my 20+ years in the leadership training and development industry. Using the team's combined 50 years’ experience in Leadership and my Registered Investment Advisor license for securities and life insurance, we have helped individuals and organizations realize their greatness.

As the co-founder of The Plinc Organization, my first leadership training company in 1998, I created and delivered live and virtual workshops around the world before the virtual experience was a commonly practiced one. This experience and past responsibilities with the Indiana Small Business Development Center(ISBDC), the  National Sales Network, NSN, The Healthcare Businesswomen Association (HBA), The Rotary club have taught me how to create effective training for several levels, and roles.
