Thanks for stopping by! I am the President and Founder of E Cubed Performance, LLC.  I have more than 20 years of leadership training and development experience and have owned two training firms. Our team has more than 50 years of combined leadership and training experience at Fortune 500 companies, as well as owning training firms.  We use this experience to help all levels of employees find their path. 

 

As the co-founder of The Plinc Organization, my first leadership training company in 1998, I created and delivered live and virtual workshops around the world.  I have held positions in other departments like market development, promotions, and sales/business development. These roles and past responsibilities with the National Sales Network, NSN and The Healthcare Businesswomen Association (HBA), taught me how to create effective training for several industries, levels, and roles.  I love helping others accomplish their dreams, so when two of my team members of my insurance agency, opened their own agencies, I felt great!
